Wild Oz Rabbit is a lean, low fat, novel protein for pets. The rabbits have been wild shot and are processed in government-licenced plants dedicated to game meat processing and are inspected by government or third-party meat assessors for safety. This product has been frozen and thawed for your convenience.

Preservative-free and naturally lean, our meat and bones are responsibly sourced from across Australia and because they’re not farmed, the animal has been able to graze on natural vegetation and grasslands freely.  It means that your pets can enjoy natural, nutritious, healthy and protein-rich meat free from artificial additives.  After all, every pet deserves the best.

Feeding

Rabbit portions are to be fed to your pet raw. Do not feed your pet cooked bones. Ensure clean fresh water is always available for your pet.  Feed as often as recommended by your pet health specialist.  Suitable for dogs. Always supervise pets when feeding bones.

Storage

Products are packed fresh meat frozen for delivery. Thaw what you need immediately and store the rest in your freezer for up to 3 months. Keep frozen at -18 degrees. Thaw in refrigerator. Once thawed, use within 3 days. Once opened, product must be used within 24 hours.

Looked nice and fresh in the packaging, came defrosted. Was very happy to find it came pre cut into portions as I thought maybe I had to do that myself. The girls loved their first portion, once they figured out how to tackle it (we started with the legs)

I was surprised at how my dog chomped his way through this. Being a poodle they don’t bit down or chomp (that’s why they were bred as duck retrievers), so was surprised and pleased at how he devoured this. Will definitely be buying again

$50 minimum order value applies to get your roo shipped to your door. We're currently delivering to SA, VIC, NSW, ACT, QLD & WA. More regions will be available soon!

When will my order be delivered?

Wild Oz currently delivers orders once a week on the following days.

How long can the delivery be left outside for?

Wild Oz use a network of refrigerated courier services, ensuring that your order is delivered to the highest quality. From refrigerated packing facilities to chilled transport couriers, your order is stored in a cool climate right until delivered to your doorstep. All orders remain in complete cold chain from our door to yours.

Our eco-friendly, recyclable boxes are specifically engineered to trap cold air inside, allowing our boxes to be left at the doorstep for up to 5 hours.

Each order is also packed with a minimum of two ice packs, to further ensure the highest quality is delivered.

Do you have a returns policy?

If a product is found to be defective or damaged during shipping we will review and will offer a refund for the damaged product.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact Wild Oz immediately if an item is missing, damaged or if you received the wrong item, a member of the Wild Oz customer service team will assist you as soon as they can. Please email us or phone with your order number and a photo of the damaged product.
