Quality ingredients: Kangaroo muscle meat including heart and lung and finely ground bone*, Secreting Organs (kangaroo liver 5%, kangaroo testicles, beef spleen), carrot, kale, green beans, beets, celery, pumpkin, psyllium seed husks, chia seeds, coconut oil, olive oil.

*Lean Mean Roo recipe contains 5% finely ground bone for those who prefer to add variety by feeding bones separately for enrichment and treats, see our raw bones section.

Meals can be fed raw or cooked.

Products are packed fresh and frozen for delivery. Thaw what you need immediately and store the rest in your freezer for up to 4 months.

Keep frozen at -18 degrees. Thaw in refrigerator. Once thawed, use within 3 days. Once opened, product must be used within 24 hours.

Safe hygienic practices should be followed when handling raw food. Wash hands, utensils and work areas thoroughly with warm soapy water after contact with the raw food.

How long can the delivery be left outside for?

Wild Oz use a network of refrigerated courier services, ensuring that your order is delivered to the highest quality. From refrigerated packing facilities to chilled transport couriers, your order is stored in a cool climate right until delivered to your doorstep. All orders remain in complete cold chain from our door to yours.

Our eco-friendly, recyclable boxes are specifically engineered to trap cold air inside, allowing our boxes to be left at the doorstep for up to 5 hours.

Each order is also packed with a minimum of two ice packs, to further ensure the highest quality is delivered.

Do you have a returns policy?

If a product is found to be defective or damaged during shipping we will review and will offer a refund for the damaged product.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact Wild Oz immediately if an item is missing, damaged or if you received the wrong item, a member of the Wild Oz customer service team will assist you as soon as they can.
