My only query is, it says on the bag ‘once thawed use within 3 days, once opened use within 24 hours’ not sure if my brain is stumbling over the semantics here but how can it be both used within 3 days and 24 hours? I have split the big bag up in to four bags and thawing one at a time but technically the bag has been opened so I’m not sure whether it all has to be used within 24 hours or only if it is both thawed and opened. Haha my brain hurts
Hi Georgia, thank you for your feedback! In regards to storage instructions (provided meatballs have been kept frozen while portioning) once your sealed smaller bags have defrosted use within 3 days, once the smaller bag has been opened use within 24hrs. Hope this helps!
Would like the overall size of the packaging reduced so is easier to store in standard freezer. Thicker more compact packaging?

last order smelled bad
last two delervies were fine
last ordewr i had ordered 20 kg but noticed it didnt come with ice packs like the previous orders
i have used 4 of the new order and all have smelled like going off what do i do?
as dont have the box to return?
have been very haapy with previos orders but this last one is off and smells bad
