My dogs love the product which is why I have bought a few times. This past service though was not great. Delivery was scheduled but did not arrive. Received an email a few days later with a ‘sorry but it happens’. Delivery rescheduled it with no chance to schedule a convenient time. Tried to contact and was told too bad. Not happy having a delivery when I could not be home. Leaving meat, even frozen, without a chance to get it into the freezer was not good.
I brought previously in bulk and its a little hard to deal with, So i looked through the reviews, and I saw a review that suggested that its easier to deal with in 1 kg bags.
So i ordered them in 1 kg bags and im really happy with them.
I fully recommend the 1kg bags i have 2 fully grown Rottweillers and they absolutely love the Kangaroo mince.
Buddy loves it. Best buy in ages. Will order again. Only wish the bulk kangaroo came on smaller blocks so you didn't have to defrost it all for a small dog.

Really handy that it comes in a 1kg sealed bag, whilst my doggo Trump ( American Bulldog) loved it, it didn't really agree with him unfortunately. My son's dogs loved it and showed no adverse reactions. I'd definitely buy again if my dog didn't have a reaction.
My blue heeler has struggled with food allergies for her first year of life. Venison has been the saving grace! The quality of the meat is so good and she absolutely loves it!
It's amazing to find a product that all my cats love....but this is it. Bowls are filled and bowls and demolished. Very happy cats very happy human 😻😻😻😻😻
My first order was fantastic, beautiful red cubes the dogs loved them. This order was looked wrong, not raw, so I complained as I thought it was the wrong product… received a replacement order, a little better but nothing like my first order. Dogs don’t like it, doesn’t look raw, not 100% meat.
Not happy and will not be attempting another order.
