I give these to my little yorkies in 3 ways. The meat cut off and fed raw in little bits, the meat cut off and dehydrated and the bones to chew on. All of these are popular. The dehydrated bits especially, even when they’re still frozen which is how I store them after dehydrating. It’s a lot of meat handling for me which I don’t enjoy but I am happy when they are happy and eating good raw food. They have been fussy as they grow up through their puppyhood and somewhat resistant to raw food so it’s great when I find meat they like.
The mince itself is great, fresh and neatly packed.. but the price increase I am not overly happy with. From $152 to $190.. My dogs go through the 2.5kg a day, and just as I was transitioning them onto this for all their meals, I get an email stating a 25% price increase.
Lovely quality,no fat.
It suitable for small dogs rather than large. My golden retriever didn’t bother to chew, straight down the gullet🤔
I got my 1st of many orders. Love the quality of the roo meat and the fact I no longer have to travel to obtain it Would highly recommend this meat and especially for big dogs who can cost that bit extra to feed.
I took my vet’s advice and put my diabetic dachshund on kangaroo. I initially purchased from major supermarkets, human consumption approved. My girl loved it and so I started looking for other suppliers. Thank goodness I found Wild Oz.
To cut back on fat I decided to get venison for my younger dog as kangaroo gives her diarrhoea. Sadly she doesn’t like it, she’s very fussy. I’ll just keep trying different meats.
The older one loved the venison meatballs and also the roo meatballs.
I’ll have to move on to a low fat alternative from wild Oz!
Im 100% certain 'meatballs' is my cavvies favourite word, and his favourite part of the day!
He has a MB 'snack' at lunchtime and he knooooooows that dinner equals 2 meatballs afterwards.
I week ago I couldn't bear the constant glare after running out of meatballs at home, so had to drive to the office to get the back-up bag.
He LOVES them!
My demure, sweet, gentle little Cavalier King Charles Spaniel goes full beast mode for meatballs...
