I have 2 Maine Coons and started ordering kangaroo on the recommendation of our vet because one of our MCs was having stomach issues. He recommended a single source protein diet. Initially I was ordering 1kg bags of the kangaroo mince and when almost thawed separated the mince into smaller bags. But I realised it doesn’t stay as fresh and really, it was too much considering you need to use it within 3 days after opening. The 500g works much better. I don’t separate it now and it’s stays fresher in the original bag. It’s less work overall and our cats are happier. It took a bit to work out but I’m happy now too. Our cat’s stomach issues seem to have settled down too.
great quality, arrived as on time and still frozen.
The dog enjoyed the meatballs, cut into chunks with other food.
I have purchased the kangaroo mince now in the 1kg pack about 3 times now and each time the quality has been great. The dogs love it and want more.
Dogs loved it, cats not so much. I think the mincing makes it a bit sticky so diced meat is more popular.
I'm so pleased to have given Wild Oz a try. The food arrived in great time and fully frozen. My dogs love the smell which is half the battle. They love to sit and chew away at these fresh ribs. A bargain buy for sure.
Brisket bones are a great way to keep my four groodles’ teeth clean and to promote gum hygiene. I had previously used beef brisket bones for many years but they are very fatty and as two of my girls are now over five years old, they were putting on weight. I have been very pleased with the Roo brisket that is absolutely fat free and my girls all love them!
A good list of nutritious ingredients. I cook it lightly. The fussy dog generally gobbles it up. Darn hard to open though.
